Stuttgart, Germany – HeartRage , the solo project of Constantin Ranis (formerly of Venues ), has just released their electrifying new single The World Is Burning on January 15, 2025. The track showcases a bold evolution in Ranis’ sound, blending traditional metal elements with a modern twist, continuing the legacy of his previous work while forging a new path in his solo career.
Born in Greece in 1985 and relocating to Germany in 2004, Constantin Ranis co-founded Break Down A Venue in 2011, which later transformed into Venues . After achieving success with albums like Aspire and Solace , and a series of notable tracks including “Ignite” and “We Are One,” Ranis parted ways with Venues in 2023 to embark on his own musical journey as HeartRage .
The World Is Burning blends the urgency and intensity of modern metal with melodic hooks, drawing influences from bands like Mountain Caller , August Burns Red , and Transit Method . The song offers a hard-hitting, emotionally charged anthem that reflects both personal struggle and resilience.
“This track is about facing overwhelming challenges and the desire to break free from destructive cycles,” says Ranis. “It’s a reflection of the world’s turmoil, but also about finding strength in the chaos.”
With HeartRage , Ranis picks up where Venues left off, but with a unique vision that sets this solo project apart. The World Is Burning is a testament to his growth as an artist and his ability to push the boundaries of contemporary metal.
Stay tuned for more new music from HeartRage in 2025 as the project continues to evolve and captivate metal fans worldwide.
