Italian dramatic death metal band DARK LUNACY celebrate the 25th anniversary of their acclaimed debut album "Devoid" which will be reissued as remastered 2LP gatefold on February 21st via Fuel Records/Self.

In addition to the original track listing "Devoid 25th Anniversary" contains "From The Blacked Soul," taken from the first EP, "Oblivion," a bonus track from the recording sessions of the album, and a commemorative poster.

"Oblivion" is not a mere bonus track, but represents a missing piece which, for particular reasons related to an emotional decision by Mike Lunacy, was not included, even if it was conceived as an integral part of the musical and narrative journey of "Devoid".

"Oblivion" amplifies the album's melancholic and introspective atmosphere. The song, which will be released on all digital platforms on 21 February, not only enriches the past, but also offer a complete and authentic experience to their fans, celebrating the band's roots.

Frontman Mike Lunacy comments: "'Devoid', released in December 2000, represents the beginning of the whole Dark Lunacy story. A 25-year journey which gave us a dream, especially on a human level, being one of our most important compositional steps. Each song is in constant balance between the audacity of the beginnings and the unscrupulousness of the twenties, but always with that modicum of maturity capable of calibrating the forces in the face of a project created not only to excite the performers, but also to be a true record product. The result at the time went far beyond our expectations and everything began from there. The beginning of a journey which has taken us to today and that we are very proud to present live again to share with the public and the emotions of that time that have never changed".
