Iron Wolf is a Classic Metal band on a mission to bring fourth METAL from Indiana, Pennsylvania.
It was established and is fronted by brothers: Austin Wolf (Lead Guitars, Lead Vocals) and Alec Wolf (Bass and Vocals). Soon after creating the group in high school, (2010) they invited their longtime best friend, Blake Brendlinger (Guitar) to join the band. Andrew Wolf (another Wolf brother, drums) soon joined the band as the fourth and final member.
Their debut album, “Strong, Never Broken”, was written between theie ages 14-17. For 6 years, they promoted that debut album all around Pennsylvania and Ohio before it was ever recorded.
The CD was in HIGH DEMAND by the time they started recording it (2018-2019) in their home studio. The debut was released in 2019. Then COVID hit (2020) since then they have stopped playing live, and focused on recording music, and getting the debut remixed/remastered.
Alex Parra (Second Sight Sounds) remixed/remastered the debut. Jim Dofka (JK Musician’s Workshop) mixed/mastered the second album, “Victim of the Dark”. Both were released in 2024. “Victim of the Dark”, originally to be a solo album of Austin’s, but Alec and Austin both teamed up on the album, they decided to make it the 2nd Iron Wolf album. Album three is nearly half recorded and to be announced for releases soon! After nearly 15 years creating music, Iron Wolf still remains, “Strong, Never Broken.”
