The 1999 album is remastered and reissued in limited quantities, marking its first U.S. vinyl availability
Dokken’s 1999 album “Erase The Slate” is now available for the first time on 180g vinyl in the United States through Deko Entertainment, presented as a remastered and limited edition release.
Originally released in 1999, “Erase The Slate” marked a key moment in the band’s evolution, introducing Reb Beach (Winger, Whitesnake) as lead guitarist.
The album reflects a shift in the band’s sound, blending their established melodic metal foundation with a more late ’90s hard rock approach.
Reb Beach’s guitar work brought a more fluid and groove-oriented style, contrasting with the aggressive and technically distinct playing of former guitarist George Lynch, while still maintaining strong melodic structures and solos.
This new edition of “Erase The Slate” has been:
Completely remastered
Repackaged
Pressed on 180g vinyl
The release is limited to 500 copies of each color variation, including:
Green Smoke
Classic Black
The vinyl is scheduled to ship in July 2026.
