CRASHING WAYWARD have released the official video for “Bullet For A Heart”, a track that will appear on their forthcoming EP “The Fight Within”, due for release in the third quarter of 2026 via Golden Robot Records.
The video was filmed at a soundstage in the band’s hometown of Las Vegas, incorporating a full water-based setup to visually reinforce the song’s central lyrical theme.
“Bullet For A Heart” is built around aggressive guitar work, sharp vocal delivery, and a thematic focus on confronting violence and division.
The visual concept places the band performing under pouring water, directly tied to the song’s lyrics, creating a physical representation of its message.
Frontman Peter Summit explains that the band chose to perform fully under real conditions rather than simulate the effect, emphasizing authenticity in the final result.
The track itself was revisited and reworked, incorporating updated guitar parts from David Harris and a refined mix by producer Shawn McGhee.
“The Fight Within” will feature six tracks and continues the band’s direction within modern rock, combining heavier instrumentation with introspective themes.

The release has been described as a collection of songs reflecting personal and external experiences, focusing on the relationship between internal struggle and the outside world.
The material for “Bullet For A Heart” was produced by Shawn McGhee, with mastering handled by Pete Lyman at Infrasonic Sound.
The updated version of the track reflects a more direct and heavier sonic approach compared to earlier material.
