The new track continues the rollout of the band’s sixth studio album, expanding their heavy metal direction with darker themes
IRON KINGDOM have released the lyric video for “Blood And Steel”, taken from their upcoming full-length “Shadows And Dust”.
The track follows earlier material from the album, as previously reported by Rockum in Canadian Heavy Metal Band Iron Kingdom Unleash ‘Defenders’ and Announce Massive 2026 Tour Ahead of Shadows and Dust, continuing the band’s current release cycle.
“Blood And Steel” reflects the band’s established heavy metal foundation, combining traditional structures with a more direct and aggressive tone.
The track forms part of a broader album narrative centered on endurance, conflict, and resilience, aligning with the thematic direction explored throughout the record.
“Shadows And Dust” marks the sixth studio album by IRON KINGDOM, representing a new phase in the band’s development.
The album introduces several key elements:
First full album recorded entirely in the band’s home studio
A darker lyrical approach focused on mortality and hardship
Expanded musical direction incorporating progressive elements
The release also aligns with a milestone period for the band, coinciding with their 15th anniversary.
