The former Mötley Crüe and The Dead Daisies vocalist presents his first full-length solo album of original material, blending classic rock, soul, and blues influences
JOHN CORABI, known for his work with Mötley Crüe, The Dead Daisies, and Union, has released his debut solo album “New Day”, now available via Frontiers Music Srl.
Alongside the album’s arrival, CORABI has shared the official video for the single “1969”, continuing the presentation of material from the record.
“1969” draws inspiration from contemporary social tensions while reflecting on parallels with the turbulence of the late 1960s and early 1970s.
The track features a riff contributed by Stevie D of Buckcherry, influenced by the style of Creedence Clearwater Revival.
Lyrically and musically, the song connects past and present through a classic rock framework rooted in groove and direct expression.
“New Day” marks JOHN CORABI’s first full-length solo album of original material.
Recorded in Nashville during the summer of 2025, the album was produced by Marti Frederiksen (Aerosmith, Ozzy Osbourne, Buckcherry), combining elements of 1970s rock, soul, and blues into a cohesive and organic sound.
The record also incorporates previously released tracks:
“Così Bella (So Beautiful)”
“Your Own Worst Enemy”
The album features contributions from:
Marti Frederiksen — backing vocals, guitars, piano, percussion
Evan Frederiksen — drums, bass, B3 organ, guitar, mandolin, programming
Richard Fortus (Guns N’ Roses) — lead guitar
Paul Taylor (Winger, Steve Perry) — piano, organ, clavinet
