Obscura Release 'The Sun Eater' Video and Announce Shred Fest 2027 European and UK Tour

Obscura have released a new video for “The Sun Eater” while announcing the Shred Fest 2027 European and UK tour.

The video was produced by long-time collaborator Mirko Witzki, whose previous work includes projects with Arch Enemy, Powerwolf, and Electric Callboy.

The release arrives ahead of the band’s “The Sun Eater” Asia tour, scheduled to begin on May 1.

“The Sun Eater” is presented with a new visual production that reflects the band’s live performance environment, emphasizing technical execution and atmospheric elements.

The video continues the band’s ongoing collaboration with director Mirko Witzki, extending their visual approach within recent releases.

Shred Fest 2027 marks a 39-date headline tour across Europe and the United Kingdom, featuring support from Pestilence, Cryptic Shift, Thus, and Dvrk.
