The British post-metal band continue the live cycle surrounding ‘Unself’ ahead of UK, European and North American tour dates
Conjurer have released a new live performance video for “The World Is Not My Home”, recorded during the band’s sold-out headline show at The Underworld in London in November 2025.
The performance continues the band’s recent live video series following the earlier release of “The Searing Glow”, further documenting the touring cycle surrounding “Unself”, the latest studio album from the British metal group.
Rockum previously covered the band’s live material through CONJURER release new video ALL YOU WILL REMEMBER LIVE at RADAR FESTIVAL 2024.
Recorded in front of a sold-out audience at London’s The Underworld, the live version of “The World Is Not My Home” captures the band’s current stage production and the layered heaviness associated with their recent material.
The performance highlights the dynamic contrast central to Conjurer’s evolving sound, moving between atmospheric passages, post-metal tension, sludge influences, and extreme metal intensity.
The new live clip additionally expands the visual documentation surrounding “Unself”, an album that marked another progression in the band’s songwriting and thematic direction.
Since the release of the debut album “Mire” (2018) and its follow-up “Páthos” (2022), Conjurer have increasingly become recognized among the most prominent names connected to modern British post-metal and sludge metal.
With “Unself”, the band expanded its musical approach by introducing greater use of atmosphere, dynamics, and space while maintaining the crushing heaviness that shaped earlier releases.
The album additionally reflects a deeply personal period for vocalist and guitarist Dani Nightingale, whose experiences involving autism diagnosis and non-binary identity became intertwined with the album’s lyrical framework and themes of self-perception, alienation, and identity reconstruction.
Produced by Joe Clayton, the record was developed through extended pre-production and recording sessions that allowed the band to focus more heavily on arrangement detail, pacing, and emotional dynamics.
