The Ukrainian progressive metal band continue the ‘Duél’ album cycle with a live performance filmed during their sold-out concert in Oslo
JINJER have unveiled a new live video for “Tantrum”, filmed during the band’s sold-out performance at Sentrum Scene in Oslo on February 28, 2026.
The track originally appeared as the opening song on the band’s latest studio album “Duél”, released in February 2025 through Napalm Records.
Rockum previously covered several stages of the “Duél” album cycle through JINJER Impress with Masterful Title Track 'Duél', JINJER Drops Blistering New Single 'Someone's Daughter' + Official Music Video, and JINJER Partners with Audiotree for New 'From Nothing' Studio Performance and Interview.
Recorded during the band’s recent European tour, the performance captures JINJER in a live setting that emphasizes the technical precision, groove-driven heaviness, and dynamic intensity that have become central to the group’s identity.
Frontwoman Tatiana Shmayluk leads the performance through the shifting aggression and atmosphere of the song while the band moves between progressive metal structures, crushing rhythmic passages, and melodic transitions.
The release arrives shortly before the band’s return to North America for their first headline tour there since 2024.

Emerging from the Ukrainian metal scene, JINJER became internationally recognized through a fusion of progressive metal, groove metal, metalcore, technical musicianship, and dynamic vocal contrasts led by Tatiana Shmayluk. Over the last decade, the band established itself as one of the most visible modern metal acts to emerge from Eastern Europe while building a strong international touring presence across Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia.
With the live version of “Tantrum,” JINJER continue documenting the global touring cycle surrounding “Duél” while reinforcing the live intensity and technical precision that have become central to the band’s growing international presence within modern progressive metal.
