The veteran heavy metal band unveil a third video from their ninth studio album while preparing for festival appearances and international touring throughout 2026
ARMORED SAINT have released the official music video for “Every Man-Any Man”, the latest single taken from their newly released studio album “Emotion Factory Reset”, available now through Metal Blade Records. The video was directed by Robert Graves and arrives as the band continues promoting its ninth full-length album.
Rockum previously covered the beginning of the album campaign in Armored Saint Announce 'Emotion Factory Reset' Album and Release 'Close To The Bone' Single. The site also followed the second single in ARMORED SAINT Release 'Hit A Moonshot' Video from 'Emotion Factory Reset' Album.
More recently, the band was featured on Gino Alache's Rockum Radio Show on CFRC 101.9 FM, alongside artists including DevilDriver, Venom, Soulfly, and Voivod.
According to vocalist John Bush, the song originated from the familiar idea that every person has a price, although the band intentionally avoided using that phrase directly as the title. Instead, they chose “Every Man-Any Man,” drawing from the opening words of the lyric while leaving the meaning open to interpretation.
Bush also highlighted the importance of the rhythm section in shaping the song's identity, pointing specifically to the interaction between bassist Joey Vera and drummer Gonzo Sandoval. Their groove-oriented approach has long been a defining element of Armored Saint's sound and remains central to the band's musical character.
Vera noted that part of the song's structure was inspired by techniques used by The Police, particularly the idea of building different vocal sections over the same musical foundation. He also referenced influences that range from Thin Lizzy to Foo Fighters, while emphasizing that the song ultimately remains rooted in Armored Saint's own style.
Produced by Joey Vera and mixed by Jay Ruston, “Emotion Factory Reset” continues a working relationship that has shaped the band's last several studio albums. The record was recorded across multiple studios, including 606 Studios, Secret Hand Studios, Skullseven Studios, Constantine Studios, and Bridge Recording.
The album presents eleven songs that balance classic Armored Saint characteristics with new ideas, reflecting a band that continues evolving while remaining connected to the sound that established its reputation in the 1980s. Songs such as “Close To The Bone,” “Hit A Moonshot,” and “Every Man-Any Man” illustrate that balance between tradition and forward-looking songwriting.

Formed in Los Angeles during the early 1980s, Armored Saint became one of the defining names of American traditional heavy metal. Through albums such as “March of the Saint,” “Delirious Nomad,” “Raising Fear,” “Symbol of Salvation,” and “Punching the Sky,” the band established a reputation for combining powerful songwriting, distinctive grooves, and the recognizable voice of John Bush.
With “Every Man-Any Man,” Armored Saint continue the promotional cycle surrounding “Emotion Factory Reset”, an album that demonstrates how the band remains committed to evolving its sound while preserving the musical chemistry that has defined its career for more than four decades.
