GORE. Release 'Lead Me To The Slaughter' Video And Continue Touring With Kittie

GORE. have released the video for “Lead Me To The Slaughter”, a new single from the Texas metal four-piece. The band’s current lineup is listed as vocalist Haley Roughton, guitarist Alex Reyes, bassist Devin Birchfield and drummer Wills Weller.

The press release also states that GORE. are touring with Kittie and references Fall 2026 European tour dates. Individual tour dates were not included in the material provided.

According to GORE., “Lead Me To The Slaughter” addresses cult indoctrination, idolatry and the destructive effects of placing people, money, fame and beauty in positions of worship.

“This song is about being indoctrinated into a cult, and idolizing what kills you,” the band stated. “Idolatry is rampant beyond human repair with social media — we now look at people like they're gods. We idolize money, fame, and beauty more now than we ever have as a society. These idols will lead us to nothing but guilt, shame, and suffering.”

GORE. released the IF YOU DO NOT FEAR ME... EP in late 2025. That release followed the band’s Spinefarm debut, A Bud That Never Blooms, issued in 2024.

The press release notes that Revolver tipped GORE. as a “Band You Need To Know”. It also states that NME described the band as “cutting-edge modern metal at its most vulnerable” in its 2025 Essential Emerging Artists list.
