Storm Force Release 'Savior' As Second Single From Upcoming Truth Album

Storm Force have released “Savior,” the second single from their upcoming album Truth, scheduled for release on September 25, 2026 through BraveWords Records.

The new single continues the album cycle for Truth, following the release of the title track and the band’s signing with BraveWords Records. The album is also available for digital pre-order through Bandcamp, with a listening party planned for September 23, 2026.

“Savior” is the second single from Truth and gives another preview of the band’s upcoming album before its September release.

The track has a personal history for guitarist and songwriter Greg Fraser. Before becoming part of Storm Force, the song was originally recorded on the debut Fraze Gang album, with Fraser singing that earlier version himself.

Fraser explained the background of the song and why it returned during the making of Truth.

“Saviour has a bit of history behind it. It was originally recorded on the debut Fraze Gang album, and I sang the original version myself. When I first wrote the song, though, it was actually in a different key. Once I got into the studio, I realized it just wasn't the right fit for my voice, so I ended up changing the key to make it work.”

For the Storm Force version, the band returned the song to its original key, with Patrick Gagliardi taking over lead vocals.

“I've always been proud of that song and felt it never really got the exposure it deserved. When Storm Force started putting this album together, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to revisit it and finally record it the way I'd always heard it in my head.”

Fraser added:

“We returned it to its original key, and having Pat sing it made all the difference. He absolutely knocked it out of the park, and the whole band brought an incredible energy to the track. What you're hearing now is the version I imagined from the very beginning, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We hope everyone enjoys it as much as we enjoyed bringing it to life.”

Truth is the upcoming second studio album from Storm Force. The record follows the band’s debut album Age Of Fear, released in 2020 through Escape Music.

The new album is described as a ten-song collection of melodic hard rock built around soaring vocals, guitar-driven arrangements, large choruses and the energy of classic arena rock.

Storm Force were founded by guitarist and songwriter Greg Fraser, known for his work with Canadian hard rock veterans Brighton Rock. The band’s current lineup brings Fraser together with vocalist Patrick Gagliardi, bassist Mike Berardelli and drummer Roger Banks.

Storm Force have planned a Bandcamp listening party for Truth on September 23, 2026, two days before the album release.

The event will allow listeners around the world to hear the full album with members of the band joining the session through Bandcamp.

Eonian Records will release the compact disc edition of Truth.

Pre-orders for the CD edition are scheduled to begin on August 25, 2026.

The album was connected to Strada XR Atmos Studio in Mississauga, Ontario, and recorded at Storce Recording in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

Mike “Benny” Bedrosian performed all keyboards on the album, except on “Between The Lines,” where keyboards were performed by Ray Coburn.

Margaret Maria appears on cello on “I Wasn’t Finished Loving You.”

All songs on Truth were written by Patrick Gagliardi and Greg Fraser, except “Savior,” which was written by Greg Fraser.

The release announcement also cites early coverage for Truth, including praise from MyGlobalMind and ViriAOR, both pointing to the album’s melodic hard rock direction and Canadian roots.

Storm Force are a Canadian melodic hard rock band from Niagara Falls, Canada. The band is led by Greg Fraser, founder of Brighton Rock, a Canadian hard rock name associated with multiple Juno nominations and a gold album in Canada.

After Brighton Rock, Fraser also released music with Fraze Gang. With Storm Force, he stepped away from the frontman role and built a band around melodic hard rock songwriting, powerful vocals and a full-band identity.

The band’s debut album Age Of Fear was released in 2020 and introduced Storm Force as a project rooted in classic hard rock, melodic hooks and guitar-driven energy.

On Truth, Storm Force step into their second album chapter with a lineup centered on Patrick Gagliardi, Greg Fraser, Mike Berardelli and Roger Banks.

Truth will be released through BraveWords Records, a label connected to releases from artists including Crimson Glory, Alcatrazz, Bangalore Choir, Paul Di’Anno’s Warhorse, The Chris Slade Timeline, Jack Starr, ASKA and others.

The label’s connection to Storm Force places Truth within a catalog focused on hard rock, heavy metal and veteran artists with established histories in the genre.

With “Savior,” Storm Force continue the road toward Truth with a second single that brings the album’s melodic hard rock identity into clearer focus. The song also gives Greg Fraser a chance to revisit older material through the current lineup, while Patrick Gagliardi brings the track into the voice and energy of Storm Force’s new album chapter.
