Foo Fighters And Dave Grohl Release Are Playing Where??? Vol. II Live EP On Bandcamp

Foo Fighters have released Are Playing Where??? Vol. II, the second volume in the band’s live EP series, through Bandcamp.

Led by Dave Grohl, the new six-track release captures performances recorded during the band’s recent intimate club shows at Irving Plaza in New York City and Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, New Jersey.

The EP is available as a pay-what-you-want release, with proceeds going to local charities in the New York and Sayreville areas.

Are Playing Where??? Vol. II continues the live EP series that Foo Fighters began with Are Playing Where??? Vol. I.

The new volume features six live recordings from the band’s 2026 underplay shows, giving listeners a closer view of Foo Fighters in smaller rooms before the scale of their current stadium tour.

The title itself keeps the spirit of the band’s last-minute club shows, where the question was not only what they would play, but where they would suddenly appear next.

The EP is available through Bandcamp as a name-your-price digital release.

Paying supporters receive unlimited streaming through the Bandcamp app, along with a high-quality download in formats including MP3 and FLAC. The release is also available in 24-bit/48kHz.

The band’s Bandcamp page states that proceeds from the EP will go to local charities in the cities connected to the recordings.

The performances were recorded at Irving Plaza in New York City and Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, New Jersey.

Those shows gave fans a rare chance to experience Foo Fighters in intimate rooms, far from the scale of arenas and stadiums.
