The nine-track follow-up to 2023’s Another Door includes “I Will Not Be Coming Back” and arrives as Ann Wilson and Tripsitter prepare for shows across the U.S., Canada, Japan and Australia
Ann Wilson, the legendary voice of Heart, will return with her band Tripsitter for a new studio album, Consecrated Ground, arriving September 25, 2026.
The nine-track record follows Another Door, Wilson and Tripsitter’s 2023 album, and includes songs such as “I Will Not Be Coming Back,” “Bone Pain,” “Hot Foot,” “Dissonance” and closing track “Reverse Chaos.” Current physical listings confirm the September 25 release date through Label Logic.
“I Will Not Be Coming Back” was introduced as the first single from the album when Consecrated Ground was initially announced in June.
The new album continues the partnership Wilson established with Tripsitter on Another Door.
Rather than revisiting the Heart catalog, Consecrated Ground is built around new material from Wilson and the band, with the official description pointing to guitars, shifting dynamics and songs including the defiant opener “I Will Not Be Coming Back”, the heavier “Bone Pain” and “Hot Foot”, and the more searching “Dissonance” and “Renaissance Kids.”
The album is being released physically on CD and vinyl as well as digitally. Current U.S. listings identify Label Logic as the record label.

Consecrated Ground gives Ann Wilson another full collection of new material outside Heart and continues a collaboration with Tripsitter that now stretches across two studio albums.
For Wilson, whose voice remains inseparable from Heart’s catalog, the album also shows that her current work is not limited to revisiting that history. Consecrated Ground arrives with new songs, physical formats and an international touring schedule built around the current Ann Wilson & Tripsitter chapter.
With Consecrated Ground arriving September 25, Ann Wilson and Tripsitter continue the partnership established on Another Door with nine more original songs. The album will arrive in the middle of a touring run that takes Wilson from the United States and Canada to Japan and Australia before the end of 2026.
