The ‘Two Princes’ band will perform its five-times-platinum 1991 debut in full and in sequence across 12 U.S. dates after another 2026 run with Blues Traveler and Gin Blossoms
Spin Doctors will celebrate the 35th anniversary of Pocket Full of Kryptonite with a new U.S. tour in 2027, performing their breakthrough debut album in its entirety and in sequence alongside additional songs from across their career.
The 12-date run begins February 18, 2027, at The Vogue in Indianapolis and concludes March 20 at Boston’s Paradise Rock Club, with stops including Detroit, Cleveland, San Francisco, New York, Dallas and Tulsa.
Released in 1991, Pocket Full of Kryptonite eventually reached No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and became a five-times-platinum U.S. album. Its biggest single, “Two Princes,” reached No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100, while “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong” peaked at No. 17. “Two Princes” also earned Spin Doctors a Grammy nomination for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals.
Guitarist Eric Schenkman remains a central part of that sound more than three decades later, alongside singer Chris Barron and drummer Aaron Comess.
The anniversary tour also extends a period of heavy activity for the band. Spin Doctors are currently finishing a 2026 U.S. run with Blues Traveler and Gin Blossoms, with September dates continuing in Kansas City, Cincinnati and Michigan.
