Trivium Release 'Dead Inside of Me,' First Song From Upcoming 11th Album; 2026 Tour Starts Nov. 5

Trivium have released “Dead Inside of Me,” the first song revealed from the band’s forthcoming 11th studio album and their first full-length project since 2021’s In the Court of the Dragon. Details including the album title and release date have not yet been announced.

The single premiered through SiriusXM’s Liquid Metal and arrives with an official music video directed by Pavel Trebukhin. Bassist Paolo Gregoletto said the track developed from a riff he had carried for several years and was loosely inspired by the Japanese concepts of honne and tatemae, referring to the tension between a person’s private feelings and the outward identity presented to others.

“Dead Inside of Me” follows Trivium’s Struck Dead EP, released in 2025, while opening the next phase of the band’s recording career. The current lineup features Matthew K. Heafy on vocals and guitar, Corey Beaulieu on guitar, Paolo Gregoletto on bass and Alex Rüdinger on drums.

Rüdinger will also join Trivium for the band’s upcoming North American headline tour, beginning November 5 in St. Petersburg, Florida and ending December 19 in Charlotte, North Carolina. In Flames, Orbit Culture, Fit for an Autopsy and Frozen Soul will appear throughout the run.
