The six-track EP arrives Oct. 23 as LISA reveals that track four will be the next single and says the project connects her beginnings in Thailand with where her global career stands today
BLACKPINK’s LISA has revealed new details about her upcoming solo EP, PRESS PLAY, during a September 16 appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
The six-track project arrives October 23, 2026 through LLOUD Co./RCA Records and follows LISA’s 2025 debut full-length album, Alter Ego. The official release information describes PRESS PLAY as a project that reconnects the singer with her Thai roots while reflecting the international career she has built since leaving Thailand as a teenager.
LISA told Fallon that the EP follows her journey “from my roots to where I am right now” and said Thai elements appear throughout the songs. She compared the six tracks to individual characters within a movie, each carrying its own identity while forming part of the same project.
She also revealed one detail about what comes next: track four will be the next single, and its title begins with the letter “T.” LISA stopped short of revealing the full title.
The first track released from the EP is “SaWaDiKa,” whose title references the Thai greeting “sawasdee ka.” The song was released earlier this month with a video filmed in Bangkok and directed by Bang Jae Yeob.
“SaWaDiKa” also gave LISA another U.S. chart entry, debuting at No. 69 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The PRESS PLAY campaign arrives during another busy period for LISA outside BLACKPINK. Her documentary Always Lalisa is also part of her current schedule, alongside her upcoming VIVA LA LISA Las Vegas residency.
For now, however, the next unanswered question is track four. With only “SaWaDiKa” officially revealed from the six-song EP, LISA is keeping the title of her next single under wraps while pointing directly toward another piece of PRESS PLAY before its Oct. 23 release.
