“I Remember Everything” arrives Sept. 25 as Klett returns to the studio with Martin for the first Candlebox recording featuring the guitarist since Love Stories & Other Musings
Candlebox will release a new single, “I Remember Everything,” on September 25, 2026, marking the first new music to feature guitarist Peter Klett alongside frontman Kevin Martin since the band’s 2012 album Love Stories & Other Musings.
Klett recently returned to Candlebox following a 10-year absence, restoring a musical partnership that was central to the band’s earlier recordings. He did not participate in Candlebox’s 2023 studio album The Long Goodbye.
“I Remember Everything” is being released independently. The track was produced by Kemble Walters at Good Noise Studio and mastered by Jeremy Costa at Backward Clock Sound Studio.
The release also coincides with Candlebox’s Can’t Quit You Tour, a 32-date North American run that began September 17 at The Pageant in St. Louis and continues through October 30 at Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, New Jersey. The Mountain Goats, Sponge, The Verve Pipe, Sweet Water and American Blonde are appearing on various dates.
Candlebox emerged from Seattle in the early 1990s and released their self-titled debut in 1993. More than three decades later, “I Remember Everything” begins another chapter for the band by putting Martin and Klett back together on a new Candlebox recording after 14 years.
