Carrie Underwood joined Guns N’ Roses for a surprise performance at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia, on September 19, 2026. The country singer shared the stage with Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan to perform two of the band's best-known songs, “Sweet Child O’ Mine” and “Paradise City,” during their North American tour.
Underwood joined Rose on lead vocals for “Sweet Child O’ Mine” before returning for “Paradise City.” Following the concert, she shared photographs of the performance on Instagram on September 20, thanking the band and its crew for inviting her to participate.
The Atlanta appearance continued a musical relationship that began when Axl Rose joined Underwood at the Stagecoach Festival in 2022 to perform the same two songs. Underwood subsequently appeared with Guns N’ Roses at their London concerts that year and opened for the band during three North American stadium performances in 2023.
