The 21-date UK and European farewell run begins April 23 in Dublin and ends July 24 in Hannover, with Howard Jones supporting the UK and Ireland shows
Rod Stewart has announced The Final Encore, a 21-date UK and European tour that he says will bring his full-scale touring career to an end after more than six decades on the road. The run begins April 23, 2027 at 3Arena in Dublin and concludes July 24 at ZAG Arena in Hannover, Germany.
Stewart, 81, made an important distinction in announcing the tour: he is ending life on the road, not retiring from music. The singer said The Final Encore will “most definitely be my last,” while Billboard reports that Stewart still intends to record music and has not ruled out occasional performances outside a traditional touring schedule.
The UK and Ireland portion includes stops in Dublin, Belfast, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester and London, with Howard Jones announced as special guest for all six dates. The tour then moves through mainland Europe with concerts in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Hungary, Croatia, the Czech Republic and Poland.
The new announcement follows Stewart’s One Last Time touring cycle and a series of 2026 cancellations after he underwent a coronary stent procedure in August. Rockum previously reported six confirmed 2027 dates in Canada and the United States, including two September shows at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

Those previously announced North American appearances remain separate from the newly unveiled Final Encore European itinerary. In particular, Stewart is currently scheduled to perform at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on September 2 and 3, 2027, meaning the July 24 Hannover show is the end of the announced UK and European run, not his final currently scheduled performance of 2027.
Fan-club presales begin September 29, followed by additional local presales. General public sales begin October 2 in many markets, although exact ticketing schedules vary by city.
