Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock will be honored at 6126 Hollywood Boulevard as the duo celebrates more than 50 years together
Air Supply will receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on October 8, 2026, adding another major honor to a career that has now stretched beyond five decades. The ceremony is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. PT at 6126 Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles.
Grammy-winning producer David Foster and longtime television host Pat Sajak will serve as guest speakers, while iHeartMedia personality Lisa Foxx will host the ceremony. The event will also be streamed live through the Hollywood Walk of Fame’s official website.
Air Supply — Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock — were originally selected as part of the Hollywood Walk of Fame Class of 2026 in the Recording category. The class also included Miley Cyrus, Josh Groban, Lyle Lovett, The Clark Sisters, Angélique Kidjo and other recording artists.
The duo first met in Melbourne, Australia, on May 12, 1975, while rehearsing for an Australian production of Jesus Christ Superstar. Their partnership eventually produced a run of international soft-rock hits including “Lost in Love,” “All Out of Love,” “Every Woman in the World,” “The One That You Love” and “Making Love Out of Nothing at All.”
Air Supply scored eight Top 10 singles on the Billboard Hot 100, including the No. 1 “The One That You Love.” “All Out of Love” and “Making Love Out of Nothing at All” both peaked at No. 2, while their breakthrough U.S. hit “Lost in Love” reached No. 3.
Their Lost in Love album remained on the Billboard 200 for two years, helping establish Air Supply as one of the most commercially successful romantic pop-rock acts of the early 1980s.

The Walk of Fame ceremony comes during another active period for the duo. Air Supply marked its 50th anniversary with extensive touring and released A Matter of Time, their first new studio album in 15 years, in 2026.
Hollywood Walk of Fame producer Ana Martinez said the honor recognizes the enduring impact of Russell and Hitchcock’s music and the connection Air Supply has maintained with audiences around the world for more than half a century.
