Northeast-based death metal titans Vomit Forth have released their latest single, "Blood Soaked Death Dream," under Century Media. Formed in 2017, Vomit Forth has carved a niche in the death metal scene, drawing influences from bands like Internal Bleeding, Suffocation, and Deicide while breaking conventional genre expectations.
"Blood Soaked Death Dream" is a relentless 2:48 masterclass in brutality. The track features churning riffs, guttural vocals, and a fuzzed-out bass, delivering a potent mix of technical prowess and raw aggression. The accompanying video visually extends the song’s hellish nature, blending grainy VHS footage with demonic imagery and scenes of sacrifice.
The band explains: “'Blood Soaked Death Dream' explores humanity's parasitic and self-hating tendencies, depicting a journey through our inherent desire to destroy ourselves and others.”
Vomit Forth gained attention with their 2018 demo, later expanded into their debut LP "Northeastern Deprivation." Their 2022 album "Seething Malevolence," released via Century Media, cemented their reputation for creating terrifying and unique death metal. The band has toured extensively with acts like Cattle Decapitation, Gate To Hell, 200 Stab Wounds, and Pain Of Truth.
Vomit Forth aims to create the most unsettling and brutal death metal record ever. With "Blood Soaked Death Dream," they are well on their way to achieving this goal.
